Why I Do What I do
Meet Joe Groulx, your Licensed Safety Specialist
My name is Joe Groulx. I am a husband and father of four adult children. I have been a licensed Safety Specialist with Safe Step Walk In Tub and Shower Company for over 12 years. Time sure flies by.
My goal is to help senior’s age safely in their homes. My inspiration comes from my 95-year-old mother. Ten years ago, my mother had her leg amputated due to vascular disease. To this day, she still lives in her own home. I am one of nine siblings, and we promised our mother she would never be put in a nursing home. Ten years later, we have kept that promise to her.
The promise we made and kept to my mother has inspired me to help other senior’s remain safely in their homes.
